Product Returns

You can return a product purchased from the online store www.stalaijums.lt within 14 days from the day of product delivery. To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that the returned item is in perfect condition, unused, and has all original labels.

2. Fill out the return form.

3. Receive return confirmation to your email.

4. Safely package the item for return and send it to the address provided in the email.

5. Send the item to us. We recommend choosing a secure shipping method.

6. Once we receive the returned product, the return will be registered, and the funds will be transferred to your account within 14 business days. Refunds can only be made to the same account from which the payment was made during the purchase.

The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer.
